2024-2025 Academic Year Fall Semester Grade Point Average Score Horizontal Transfer Application Results

2024-2025 Education-Teaching Year Fall Semester Grade Point Average Score Horizontal Transfer Application results have been published in the attached list.

Students who have earned the right to Horizontal Transfer must complete their registrations in person or through a proxy appointed by a notary at our Faculty within working hours on September 09-10, 2024.

The responsibility for the documents submitted to our faculty by students applying for Horizontal Transfer lies with the students themselves. In case of any irregularity and its detection, their registrations will be canceled even if they have been registered.

Documents Required for Registration:

1. A letter from the school they are enrolled in stating that there is no obstacle to their horizontal transfer
2. A letter from the school they are enrolled in stating that no horizontal transfer has been made with the central placement score before
3. Student ID card from the university they are coming from
4. A photocopy of the high school diploma or e-government graduation certificate 
5. Photocopy of ID
6. ÖSYM exam result document and ÖSYM placement result document from the year they were admitted to the university
7. Student certificate obtained from the school they are enrolled in or from the e-government system 
8. Transcript obtained from the school they are enrolled in or from the e-government system 
9. Approved document indicating disciplinary status (It can also be written on the transcript or student certificate.)
10. Document indicating that they are in the top 10 in terms of success (For students applying from second education to first education)
11. 2 passport-sized photos

Note: If any of the above documents were uploaded to the system during the Horizontal Transfer application, there is no need to bring them.
