Reserve Registration Dates: 02.02.2026-03.02.2026
Candidates who have gained the right to definite registration will complete their registrations online through the Lateral Transfer Student Application System (https://obs.mehmetakif.edu.tr/oibs/hoa_app) on 29.01.2026-30.01.2026.
An announcement for reserve candidates who have been placed in the vacant quotas due to non-registration of candidates placed as definite will be published on 30.01.2026 on the Lateral Transfer Student Application System. Candidates who have gained the right to reserve registration will complete their registrations online through the Lateral Transfer Student Application System (https://obs.mehmetakif.edu.tr/oibs/hoa_app) on 02.02.2026-03.02.2026.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FROM OUR STUDENTS WHO REGISTER ONLINE
These documents will be submitted to the student affairs of the registered unit after February 09, 2026.
1- ÖSYM exam result document (Document with all score types)
2- ÖSYM placement result document
3- Certified student certificate (from the e-Government system)
4- Certified transcript document (from the e-Government system)
5- Document showing no disciplinary action has been taken.
6- Document indicating being in the top 10% in terms of success (Students applying from second education to first education will upload.) (If available)
ADAPTATION
Our student will submit an adaptation petition along with the current transcript document to the student affairs of the registered unit for exemption processing. The class to be adapted, the duration spent in the registered higher education program, and the courses successfully completed will be evaluated by the adaptation committees.
DISENROLLMENT PROCESS
Our student who registers will not perform any disenrollment process from the currently registered university. The disenrollment process will be carried out through official correspondence between universities after registering at our University.
