The İŞKUR Youth Program, initiated by the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) in collaboration with state universities and an active workforce program, aims to provide university students with knowledge, skills, work habits, and discipline to enhance their employability, offering participants both work practice and the opportunity to earn income.
A total of 1,027 quotas have been allocated for students of Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University within the scope of the İŞKUR Youth Program.

Determination of Participants:
Applications for the İŞKUR Youth Program will end on November 4, 2025, at 23:59. In case of applications exceeding the quota, candidates will be determined by a draw in the presence of a notary. Additionally, a main candidate list will be created as a result of the draw conducted in the presence of a notary.
The notary draw will be held on November 15, 2025, at 09:00 in the Senate Room of the Rectorate of Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University.
Application Process and Important Considerations:
- - To apply for the İŞKUR Youth Program, an individual membership login to the İŞKUR system is required. Candidates who do not have a prior membership should follow the membership steps at https://esube.iskur.gov.tr/UserSignUp.aspx to register with the İŞKUR Portal System.
- - Participation conditions, activity areas, trainings to be provided, application duration, payments to be made, and other details regarding the Youth Program are available at https://www.iskur.gov.tr/is-arayan/aktif-isgucu-programlari/iskur-genclik-programi.
- - Students with questions about the program can receive support 24/7 from İŞKUR’s Working Life Communication Center (ALO 170) line.
- - Within the scope of the İŞKUR Youth Program, a participant's weekly participation duration is limited to 22.5 hours and 3 days.
- - Participants can benefit from programs organized within the framework of the regulation for a total of up to 140 actual days.
(For example, a student who has previously participated in the İŞKUR Youth Program for 60 days can participate in the program for a maximum of 80 more days in the new term.) - - Every participant continuing the program is obliged to sign the “Attendance Control Schedule” for attendance purposes.
- - Attendance to the program is mandatory. Participants, by informing the relevant unit in advance and obtaining approval;
- - In applications with a program duration of up to 6 months, can use a maximum of 7 days of leave or report,
- - In programs lasting longer than 6 months, can use a maximum of 10 days of leave or report.
(The total of leave and reports cannot exceed the specified durations.)
