Students will be able to register for only the courses specified below within the quota during the add/drop week between July 14-18, 2025, for the Summer School.
Within the scope of ADD-DROP APPLICATION PROCEDURES for our university students and guest students; they must first make their course selections through the Student Information System, then pay the fee for the selected courses at VakıfBank ATM or branches with their student numbers, and finally confirm their course registrations again through the Student Information System.
A quota of 100 students is applied to the opened courses, and applications will be evaluated in the order of confirmation time. Students who are outside the determined quota will not be able to select courses within the scope of the application, and the fees they have paid for the courses will be refunded.
In the summer school, if course changes are not made for UNOPENED or conflicting courses, fee refunds will be made to the bank account number (IBAN number) opened in the student's name, registered in the Student Information System, WITHIN 20 BUSINESS DAYS.
Payments made during the PRE-APPLICATION for courses decided to be opened in the Summer School will NOT BE REFUNDED.
If students do not have a bank account (IBAN number) opened in THEIR OWN NAME, REFUND PROCESS CANNOT BE MADE. Therefore, to avoid delays in course fee refunds, it is of great importance that our students' IBAN numbers are correct and complete, and if there are any issues, necessary updates should be made in the Student Information System.
