In the 2022-2023 Academic Year Spring Semester, regarding the "Pedagogical Formation Education Program Procedures and Principles" applied to senior undergraduate students, based on the Decision of our University Senate dated 03.03.2023 and numbered 527/2, in Article 13 of the Procedures and Principles; "Students who have fulfilled all the requirements for graduation from the program they are enrolled in but have stated in writing that they wish to continue taking elective courses within the scope of formation education:

a) Will continue to take formation elective courses in the 2022-2023 Academic Year Summer School (excluding Teaching Practice) or in the 2023-2024 fall semester.

b) After successfully completing all courses within the scope of pedagogical formation (including Teaching Practice), graduation procedures will be carried out at the end of the relevant semester and the statement "Has Completed Pedagogical Formation Education." will be included in their diplomas.

Especially those students who have fulfilled all the requirements for graduation but wish/do not wish to continue taking elective courses within the scope of formation education are required to apply to the unit they are registered in accordance with the attached petition sample format.
